Precision In Your Flight Operations
An aircraft’s route may take it over the airspace of multiple countries, each of which may issue a separate bill for the passage. In addition, different countries have separate financial settlement procedures and may only give documentation in their own language. Therefore, our expert, multilingual crew routinely verifies that invoiced amounts are accurate and that no penalties
are assessed for missed or canceled flights.
We will seek an invoice for the flight’s air navigation fees from the relevant civil aviation authority on your behalf. Upon receipt, we verify the route and maximum takeoff weight of the aircraft and notify the civil aviation authority of any discrepancies. We don’t deliver it to you for payment until we’ve given it a full inspection. After the payment has been made, we check in with the
CAA’s accounting department to ensure that the payment has been reflected in your records.
FAQS
Navigation Fees are typically collected by government agencies or private organizations responsible for managing aviation infrastructure and services
Navigation Fees are calculated based on a variety of factors, including the type of aircraft, the duration of the flight, and the services used.
Navigation Fees are usually paid by the aircraft operator, either directly or through a third-party service provider, at the time of the flight or through periodic billing cycles.
Failure to pay Navigation Fees can result in penalties, fines, or even legal action. Additionally, non-payment can result in denial of services, such as air traffic control, which can impact the safety and efficiency of the flight.
Navigation Fees are usually set by regulatory authorities and are not negotiable. However, aircraft operators may be able to reduce their fees by optimizing their flight operations and utilizing available discounts or incentives.
Navigation Fees are typically non-refundable, but some organizations may provide a refund in certain circumstances, such as flight cancellations or delays caused by factors outside the operator’s control.
Working with experienced professionals in Navigation Fees Administration can help ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and optimize the cost of aviation operations.
