Obtaining landing permits at Polish airports is governed by the Civil Aviation Authority (ULC) and regulated under the Aviation Act of 3rd July 2002 (OJ 2020.1970, as amended), alongside additional regulations issued by the Minister of Transport, Construction, and Maritime Economy. The application process requires submission to the President of the Civil Aviation Authority, with detailed content including the designation of the operator, registered office address, business registration number, PESEL number (if applicable), categories of ground handling services, tax identification number (NIP), airports of operation, the duration of the requested permission, and the proposed date of commencement.

Additionally, if an operator wishes to perform the tenth or more flight in a given scheduling season, they must pay an aviation fee of PLN 22,238, unless a fee has already been paid for general permission in the same season.
