Applications for both ADP and AVP are processed through the Airdat Passport System, with outcomes notified within 3 working days. After approval, an inspection is scheduled to confirm AVP requirements before issuance. NZTD submissions can be made as early as 24 hours before travel, and the validity of the ADP and AVP is subject to ongoing compliance with operational and safety standards set by the CAA.
