Whether one is conducting a private flight, general aviation, charter flight, scheduled or non-scheduled operation, passenger or cargo trip, technical or traffic landing, it is mandatory to obtain Prior Permission.

When submitting the Flight Plan, it is crucial to include the issued overflight permit number in Item 18.

Turkey overflight permits are valid for a duration of 72 hours from the initially requested schedule.
