obtain flight permits for operations to China, operators typically need to submit an application that includes the following information and documents:

Prior permission is mandatory for all types of flights and landing operations in China.
In order to obtain the CCAR-129, a pre-requisite is the signing of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) directly with the airport, as specified in the Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA). Just Aviation can assist you in obtaining the CCAR-129 on your behalf, streamlining the process.
SGHA is also mandatory to operate in China for commercial (pax/cargo) flights and to get the landing permit as well
The working hours of China Civil Aviation Authority are from 0100Z to 0900Z.
The permit application should be submitted to the air transport department at least 48 working hours prior to the flight departure schedule.
For commercial operators to operate in China, obtaining an approval known as CCAR129 is mandatory. However, during the process of obtaining CCAR-129, operators are allowed to freely conduct operations in China up to 10 times per IATA season.
There are no CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) processing fees for the issuance of the China Overflight Permit.
It's important to note that China operates as a slot coordinated country, meaning that operators are required to secure slots prior to the operation date, in addition to the landing permit.
Aircraft owners/operators should include AFTN (Aeronautical Fixed Telecommunication Network) on their flight plan.
China's major airports, offering Jet A-1 fuel for aviation purposes.
China Airports Authority has its own regulations for issuing China Overflight permits, which may involve payment of charges such as Route Navigation Facility Charges, landing charges, and parking charges.
The issued overflight permit number should be inserted in Item 18 of the submitted Flight Plan.
