    To obtain overflying and landing permission for charter flights in Kathmandu, submit a formal application letter to the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN). Ensure the application reaches at least 7 days before the proposed date of operation through a local agent based in Kathmandu.
