It’s crucial to note that Nicosia (LCEN), situated in the Turkish-occupied territory of Cyprus, is not recognized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Turkish registered aircraft traveling between Turkey and Cyprus may use LCEN, but it is off-limits to all other aircraft.
