All slot times are confirmed in Zulu/UTC time and have a validity window of -0/+30 minutes. For foreign-registered aircraft, hangar space parking may be available under specific circumstances, but advance arrangements must be made with the ground handler.

    Shanghai Pudong International Airport (ZSPD) operates as a 24-hour Airport of Entry for general aviation (GA). However, GA operations are not recommended between 2359-0700 local time due to limited services and possible delays. During peak hours from 0900-2200 local time, GA aircraft are restricted to one movement per tail number (either one arrival or one departure), with no quick turnarounds permitted.


    Slots at ZSPD have a validity window of -0/+30 minutes and are confirmed in Zulu/UTC time. Slot times will be automatically confirmed with landing permit approval, and no Prior Permission Required (PPR) is necessary.


    GA parking at ZSPD is officially limited to two consecutive overnights. Requests for extended parking can be entertained by the airport authority, typically for one additional night. Most GA parking stands at ZSPD are self-taxi, allowing services to be performed at the assigned parking location. Aircraft repositioning on the field is generally not required unless necessary for operational reasons, in which case the crew must be present.




    While ZSPD does not have a dedicated Fixed Base Operator (FBO) or General Aviation Terminal (GAT), the airport provides ground handling services. ZSPD is well-equipped with a wide range of ground support equipment (GSE) capable of accommodating various models of GA equipment.
