The arrivals level has four baggage claim carousels, airline baggage offices, a visitor information center, and car rental offices. A three-level parking garage, used for long-term parking and rental cars, is conveniently located across the roadway from the terminal building. Operational notes include several restrictions and guidelines. Practice approaches and maintenance engine run-ups are not allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPIs) for Runways 22, 10, 25, and 28 operate continuously.
