6. Ground Handling Agent Confirmation: Confirmation from a local ground handling agent in Kosovo, ensuring necessary services such as fueling, parking, and passenger handling are arranged.
7. Slot Confirmation (if applicable): Required for operations into busy airports like Priština International Airport (IATA) to ensure availability for landing.
8. Aircraft Registration Certificate: A document verifying that the aircraft is registered in its home country, allowing for international operations.
9. Aircraft Airworthiness Certificate: A certificate confirming that the aircraft is airworthy and complies with international and local safety standards.
10. Crew Licenses: All flight crew, especially pilots, must hold valid licenses issued by their national aviation authority, recognized by CAA Kosovo.
11. Noise Certificate: While not always mandatory, it is advisable to provide a noise certificate demonstrating compliance with ICAO Annex 16 noise standards, especially near urban areas.
