It’s crucial to note that the overflight permit number issued by Tunisia, identified as DGAC 20/007/08, must be accurately inserted in Item 18 of the submitted Flight Plan. The Tunisia Civil Aviation Authority, also known as OACA, is the responsible authority for issuing these permits. Tunisia does not impose any processing fees by its Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for the issuance of overflight permits. However, operators must adhere to the permit’s validity period, typically set at 24 hours from the initially requested schedule.
