The airport features a single runway, designated 1/19, which is 9,072 feet (2,765 meters) long and surfaced with a combination of asphalt and concrete. In the 12 months ending September 2024, the airport recorded 45,610 departing passengers. In 2022, it facilitated 17,889 aircraft operations, and as of 2023, 41 aircraft were based at the facility. Marquette Sawyer Regional Airport operates a single terminal building with five gates spread across two levels.
