Streamlined Fueling Practices for Jet Efficiency at LAS

    check

Compliant with DEF STAN 91-91 and ASTM D1655, Jet A-1 fuel ensures operational safety and efficiency under the guidelines established by IATA and the FAA.

    check

Tailored for high-altitude business jets, Jet A-1 fuel decreases fuel usage by 30%. Derived from kerosene, it is suitable for a variety of jet aircraft. The fuel boils between 150°C and 250°C, with a flashpoint exceeding 38°C (100°F) and a freeze point of -47°C. With an energy density of 34.7 MJ/kg, it extends range, lowering the frequency of refueling on extended journeys.

    check

Efficient fuel management in business aviation trims refueling time by 15%, enabling quicker turnarounds and tighter scheduling. Specialized fuel adjustments provide a 2-3% improvement in thrust, optimizing flight performance. Fuel consumption tracking delivers a 5% boost in efficiency, leading to significant cost reductions. A 5-7% fuel reserve ensures flexibility for unexpected route deviations.

Terminal 1 has three concourses: A, B, and C, while Terminal 3 is home to the E gates and handles international arrivals. Terminal 3 and Concourse D are equipped to handle international flights, and a tunnel connects the international gates in Concourse D to the customs checkpoint. The airport also features an airside tram system with three lines: the green and blue lines connect the central part of Terminal 1 to Concourses C and D, respectively, while the red line connects Terminal 3 to Concourse D. Landing rights airport: Customs is available to general aviation aircraft Monday to Saturday from 0800 to 2300, and Sunday from 0800 to 1200 and 1700 to 2300. A tiedown fee applies. General aviation customs and immigration are located on the west side of the airfield between the FBOs. General aviation CBP reservations are required and must be submitted at least 12 hours in advance (other conditions apply). When the special event parking prior permission program NOTAM is active, transient aircraft operators not permitted to park based need to obtain a prior permission number from an FBO for each landing. Prior permission approval and confirmation numbers can be obtained, and these confirmation numbers should be entered in the remarks section of each flight plan.
